I also think it is a great idea to have exercise teams of 3 that meet to do big ball sport exercises to have great health.  They could find each other thru a website to sign-up and find people who are willing to meet on teams to do big ball exercises.  Big ball exercise is a very healthy way to exercise:

* Kick/throw then other person catch

* Kick then run to base

* Dodge ball

Accompanied with initially walk laps.  Except for dodge ball the Ball can be dodgeball or softball (where catching is done with softball gloves).  Exercise would be done in a 3-person team so that individuals can take turns resting and exercising.  Adults need exercise class too, their entire life.
